Carlos Mata, researcher and secretary of group of research Siglo de Oro (GRISO), has participated in a Cervantine roundtable organized by the Cervantine Society of Alcázar de San Juan. Its fourth edition was dedicated to "La gastronomía del Quijote en el siglo XXI".

The meeting took place last Saturday, April 30, at the headquarters of committee Regulator of the Denomination of Origin Wines of La Mancha, in Alcázar de San Juan (Ciudad Real). Presented by Juan Bautista Mata, president of the Society, and moderated by Enrique Suárez Figaredo, partner of honor of the Cervantine Society of Alcázar de San Juan, the table was also attended by Carlos David Bonilla, president of the D. O. Vinos de La Mancha; Antonio Martínez Blasco, president of the D. O. Queso Manchego; and Luis Gómez Canseco, from the University of Huelva. The event was attended by Mariano Cuartero, president of board of trustees Municipal de Cultura del Ayuntamiento de Alcázar de San Juan.
