Five graduates among the top 100 spanish pharmacy residency program

Five graduates from the School Pharmacy and Nutritionat the University of Navarra ranked among the top 100 in the spanish pharmacy residency program exam spanish pharmacy residency program Farmacéutico Interno Residente), organized by the Ministry of Health. They are Juan Belzunce Cobreros, who ranked 35th; Amaia Romero de la Maza, 51st; Maite Beroiz Sancho, 76th; Nerea Astiz Echarte, 78th; and Haydée Fernández Erro, 85th.

Likewise, former student María Escribano López ( 344) has managed to secure one of the available places. In total, six graduates from the academic center have obtained one of the 362 places available, for which more than 1,293 candidates applied. Once the final lists are published and the official assignment is made, they will begin their specialized training at their respective centers of destination.

Amaia Romero de la Maza points out that the work ethic work during her Degree has been decisive: "My time at the University of Navarra has given me a foundation in both knowledge work ethic. The effort I put in over the last five years has been core topic facing this challenge," she explains. His routine consisted of study sessions from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., followed by afternoon classes and evening sessions dedicated exclusively to taking tests.

When it comes to choosing a destination, both agree on their interest in Hospital Pharmacy. Belzunce expresses his preference for staying in Navarre: "If possible, I would like to get place the University Hospital of Navarre (HUN), although I am considering other centers so that I have a final list on the day of the selection." For his part, Romero de la Maza emphasizes that his interest in hospital pharmacy is motivated by the impact of pharmacokinetics on the quality of treatment. "I am currently analyzing different hospitals where I can delve deeper into this field," he concludes.
