The Master's Degree E-MENU Industry Symposium brings student once again closer to research and development of the business food industry.

The guests of meeting belong to Nestlé, Congelados Navarra and Europastry.

Next Friday, March 9, will take place the Industry Symposium of the Master's Degree European Symposium on Food, Nutrition and Metabolism (E-MENU) of the School of Pharmacy and Nutrition of the University of Navarra.

This year, the meeting between the students of the postgraduate program and the guests - coming from the research and development area of the business in the food sector - will take place at 3:30 p.m. at classroom 5 of the Chestnut Building.

The Symposium will begin with a presentation to position by director of Master's Degree, Professor Alfredo Martínez Hernández, Full Professor of Nutrition and President of IUNS. Then, this year's guests will intervene in a roundtable : Laura González, manager of Nutrition, Health & Wellness of Nestlé and graduated in Human Nutrition and Dietetics -who will explain the "Program to improve eating habits for children from 4 to 12"-; Íñigo Antón, director of Marketing and research and development of Congelados Navarra -with his discussion paper "CN: research and development local for a Global market"-; and Diana Marina, research and development+iScientific Manager of Europastry, whose lecture is degree scroll "Functional foods as a strategic goal in the food industry: Europastry".

This edition of the Symposium of the Industry of Master's Degree E-MENU consolidates the vocation of this postgraduate program (issue one of its specialization program consecutively in rankings such as the newspaper El Mundo) to offer students a constantupdate in the developments of the sector and the permanent contact with the Departments of research and development+i of important companies in the field of food.
