More than 90% of ISSA School of Management Assistants graduates from the University of Navarra find work in the first six months after completing their studies. This is according to a study conducted by the consulting firm Ikerfel, between the months of May and June 2017, in which it interviewed alumni of Degree in attendance of Management of the promotions of 2014, 2015 and 2016. The study shows that 95% of the graduates of this degree program, which in Spain is taught at the University of Navarra, are working in the last three years and that of the other 5% of graduates who are not working, more than half are completing their academic training .
In addition, one of the most noteworthy aspects that emerges from this survey is the net monthly salary received by these graduates, which reaches a average of 1,330 euros net per month.
Graduates speak a minimum of three languagesThe study also reveals that 56% of those interviewed have a permanent contract, 93% of them have a full workshop and 65% of them work for an international business .
Cristhian Mestre, director of development of ISSA School of Management Assistant, assures that "all students who complete Degree speak, in addition to their mother tongue language , a minimum of two other languages at an advanced level". He also assures that the fact that fourth-year students carry out curricular internships in the last semester of the degree program greatly facilitates their incorporation into the labor market, since "approximately 50% continue working at the same business where they did their internships".
ISSA School of Management Assistants has had its ownjob listings since its beginnings more than 50 years ago, which facilitates the employment rate of its graduates in companies and institutions in all sectors. In the 2016-17 academic year, 259 offers of work were registered, 32% more than the previous academic year. "Thanks to the high demand for this professional profile , the ratio of work offers was more than 5 for each new graduate graduate. In addition, 91% of the offers received required language knowledge . Of this percentage, 33% requested a command of English and an advanced level in the second language, French or German," confirms Cristhian Mestre.
The study also includes the evaluation surveyed about their satisfaction with the Degree. In this regard, the survey reveals that 81% of the graduates gave an affirmative answer when asked about the relationship between their job position and the programs of study performed.
