Nearly a thousand students from high school diploma from all over Spain with 122 videos about healthy habits have participated in the competition
"The Foodbook", the video presented by students from high school diploma from high school Bell-lloc del Pla de Girona, has been the winner of the fifth edition of Nutrivideo, the audiovisual contest promoted by the School of Pharmacy and the Chair Tomás Pascual Sanz-University of Navarra to promote healthy habits among young people.
In the category of most viewed video, the award went to the Sierra Blanca high school in Malaga for the work "Healthy nutrition", with more than 58,000 views on the Nutrivideo YouTube channel.
In total, nearly a thousand students from all over Spain participated in this year's high school diploma from all over Spain have participated this year in the competition. The students have submitted 122 videos that have exceeded 116,000 reproductions on the Internet.
In addition to the two winning schools, in the categories of best video and most viewed video - which have won an iPad mini and a Notebook mini each member of group respectively, and a computer with projector each high school- four other schools have been finalists. These are the schools San Viator in Vitoria, Las Fuentes-Alcaste in Logroño, the cultural association Speculum Vitae in Pamplona and Europa International School in Barcelona.
The submission awards ceremony took place today at the Sciences Building of the academic center, where the students also participated in a previous workshop on tips for healthy eating at position by professionals and researchers from area of Nutrition.
2,200 students and 422 videos
Throughout the five editions of the Nutrivideo contest of the University of Navarra, some 2,000 students have submitted 422 videos. The students have come from 90 schools throughout Spain and from other countries, such as Uruguay, Costa Rica and India, who have also joined this initiative to promote healthy lifestyle habits among young people.
As in the previous edition, the participating schools have held sessions on nutrition and health at position by professors and researchers from the University of Navarra. Their goal: to provide young people with the training and the necessary tools so that they themselves can be the protagonists of their own learning in the field of nutrition and health.
The initiative is also supported by the Ministry of Health and Social Policy, the Government of Navarra and group Antena 3, through the El Estirón campaign.
