Four ideas core topic to enter the world of entrepreneurship
Gloria Mendive (ISSA'15), founder of the shoe company signature 'Tracatá', assures that the training she received at Degree in attendance has allowed her to "focus her professional degree program abroad".

"To have self-confidence, never deviate from goal, look for career guidance and let yourself be helped by the people who love you" are the four ideas core topic that Gloria Mendive suggests for those who are going to launch themselves into the world of entrepreneurship. She speaks from her own experience, since at 25 years old she is the founder of the signature shoe company 'Tracatá', for which she was recently recognized.for which she was recently recognized with the diploma Entrepreneur of the month awarded by the Chamber of Commerce of La Rioja.
When she finished the Degree in attendance of Management-Management Assistance at the University of Navarra she started working as manager export in a footwear company signature from La Rioja. A stage that she herself defines as "brief but intense" in which she gained experience and confidence "staff and professional".
She decided to become an entrepreneur because it had always been clear to her, "I needed to create something of my own, to form a project from scratch, where I could focus my efforts. I love fashion and the fact of having known the footwear industry from the inside brought me very close to making this decision," he says.
He chose the Degree in attendance of Management for the versatility of the academic program, for the training in languages and its international projection: "ISSA allowed me to focus my professional degree program abroad. It is a very complete training with a global vision of business".
From his university years, he especially remembers classes in Law with Clemente Boyero, Communication with Ana María Fernández and Human Resources with Idoia Lasa.
He assures that Tracatá brings "color, joy, attitude and good vibes" and his goal now is to continue working to consolidate the brand, so that it can grow and increase sales and visibility in the national and international market.
