More than 750 participants in the University's annual meeting alumni
10,382 graduates collaborate with the academic center's Alumni Scholarships program.
The University of Navarra's annual meeting alumni brought together more than 750 graduates, family members and professors on Saturday, October 7. During the workshop, members of 22 graduating classes from different Schools celebrated the anniversary of the completion date of their programs of study.
The central act was the session of President, Alfonso Sánchez-Tabernero, who recognized the important work of the graduates as "good ambassadors" and thanked them for their "invaluable financial support" to the University's projects, mainly the Alumni Scholarships program with which 10,382 alumni collaborate on a regular basis.
During the morning the alumni were welcomed by their respective Schools with specific programs. The first graduating class of School of Economics, which celebrated its silver jubilee, was the one that gathered the most people. The graduating classes of Medicine, Nursing, Law, Journalism and Pharmacy also celebrated 25 years of graduation; and Law, Journalism, Nursing, Medicine and History celebrated 50 years of graduation.
