Elena Gascón, graduated in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and teaching assistant of the department of Food Sciences, Physiology and Toxicology of the School of Pharmacy of the University of Navarra has started to collaborate with the Alto Aragón Newspaper, where she will deal with topics related to Nutrition and health.
Elena Gascón has already published her first partnership, entitled "Aprendiendo a Alimentarnos", where she addresses the problem of miracle diets and the need to lead a healthy life that does not only take into account food but also the need for physical exercise, eating in moderation, etc. Also, in her article the dietitian-nutritionist offers a decalogue of recommendations to achieve a healthy diet, published in 2008 by the Spanish Federation of Societies of Nutrition, Food and Dietetics (FESNAD).
