Motivation and work as a team at Master's Degree E-Menu 2012
The students of the VII Edition of Master's Degree E-Menú of the University of Navarra have received several sessions on leadership and work in teamwork.
During these conference, María José Vivar, manager of area of management of of People of the association Navarra de Empresas Laborales (ANAEL), showed the students of Master's Degree in Food, Nutrition and Metabolism over three days, and in a very dynamic way, the importance of working in depth aspects as essential as motivation staff, the visualization of specific objectives, the ability to overcome, etc..
Under the framework of "work in team" the students of postgraduate program of the School of Pharmacy of the University of Navarra have been able to know more about their colleagues, a vital aspect to discover values such as trust, communication, balanced distribution of tasks in a group of work and the achievement of common objectives.
