The high school Martín de Azpilcueta of the School of Canon Law of the University of Navarra has published the complete works of Professor Javier Hervada in digital version. This is the first document of the collection 'Obras Completas de Autores', from the School of Canon Law.

It has been edited by Professor Jorge Miras and is the only original document that contains the authorized list of the author's complete canonical works, with link permanent to each text in PDF.

As Professor Miras points out, "the texts are linked in this edition as they were first digitized at the time. Some were composed and published in the era of linotype and lead, or were bound directly from the typewriter, as is the case of the fragments of the report of Chair. They have not been re-composed, only the pdfs have been found to be legible."

This digital collection is hosted in the digital academic archive of the University of Navarra (DADUN). "The choice of this archive is no coincidence, since almost all of Professor Hervada's academic life has been developed at the Schools of Canon Law and Law of the University of Navarra", says Jorge Miras.

For Professor Jorge Miras, the publication of this opera omnia has been "a great satisfaction". On the one hand, because of what it will contribute to researchers; and on the other, because Javier Hervada is his teacher and was director of his two doctoral thesis .

Promoter of the IMA, pioneer of Constitutional Law and great matrimonialist of the 20th century.

Javier Hervada was one of the promoters of high school Martín de Azpilcueta (IMA) and of the journal Ius canonicum of the School of Canon Law of the University of Navarra, where he was also a professor.

A disciple of Pedro Lombardía, he was Dean of the School of Law of this same center between 1973 and March 1984. Author of 26 books and more than eighty articles, Professor Hervada is, among other things, a pioneer of the canonical Constitutional Law and one of the great matrimonialists of the twentieth century.
