ISSA - School of Management Assistants is positioned, for the third consecutive year, as one of the Schools of the University of Navarra with the highest employment rate among its graduates. This was revealed in the latest study by the Ikerfel Institute of Market Research and Strategic Marketing, where 1,553 alumni of the University, belonging to the promotions of 2015, 2016 and 2017, have been interviewed.

The report reflects that, at present, about 93% of ISSA - School of Management Assistants graduates from the last three graduating classes are working, making it the School with the highest employability figure. Of these, 84.3% have stated that their work is related to the programs of study university.

ISSA - School of Management Assistants offers a multipurpose training , based on the mastery of at least three languages, with practical knowledge in management and organization, communication skills and interpersonal relations, allowing to work in intercultural environments. In addition, it has 30% of native teachers and 40 partners in Europe, the United States and Canada, so that students can make a exchange. The result of this educational commitment is revealed in the study, which states that 63% of our graduates practice their profession in an international environment business .

Students in the 4th year of the Degree in attendance de Dirección - Management Assistant have completed curricular internships in national and international companies and organizations during the last semester. This influences the fact that 33% of those interviewed would have started working even before graduating, the study revealed. The remaining 57% found their first employment shortly after completing the degree program. In total, about 90% of our alumni found work in less than six months.

During the 2017-18 academic year, ISSA - School of Management Assistants received a average of five offers from employment for each graduate. In these positions, as noted by report, the average salary exceeds €1,300. In addition, almost half (49%) of those who are working have a permanent contract and 65% consider that their work has promotion possibilities; something that allows them to grow professionally and develop their own pathway.
