With extensive experience in the field educational and more than 15 years at the University, she is the first woman to occupy this position position.

In the 2009-2010 academic year, he completed the high school business and Humanism at the University of Navarra Master's Degree University Degree in Government and Culture of Organizations and subsequently the doctorate in Government and Organizational Culture.

She was Director of the Yaocalli School Center and worked in the direction of the Opus Dei Prelature, heading the leadership of educational centers throughout the country. 

In 2005 she joined the Universidad Panamericana Aguascalientes as Director assistant to the the Rectory and was later appointed Vice President General of campus, position which she held until 2016.

Between 2017 and 2020, as Vice President General Provost of Universidad Panamericana and IPADE, he led the strategy, the purpose and the actions of the three campus of the university. He was also a member of the Rector's committee and the Academic and Strategy committee of the committee Superior, leading the institutional work .
