In the 2011-12 academic year, he worked in the high school business and Humanism of the University of Navarra Master's Degree in Organizational Governance and Culture at the University of Navarra. and later the doctorate in Governance and Culture of Organizationsfor which he obtained the extraordinary award for his thesis entitled Benefit Corporations: from the primacy of the shareholder to that of the common good.

Since 2015 he is Vice President of Academic Processes at La Universidad de La Sabana, Professor of Strategy and Corporate Governance at INALDE Business School and consultant Senior of Organizational Transformation at Emergap.

With more than 15 years as a senior manager, professor, entrepreneur and board member in different sectors, he has specialized in strategic management , sustainability and organizational transformation at the university level. As an academic he has worked mainly in the training of executives in the areas of board of directors, decision making and strategy implementation, and in the research in sustainability and corporate governance.
