4 reasons to live in a major high school

Ángela Jodar (ISSA'22), Elena Clar (ISSA'21) and Paula Estrada (ISSA'21) are students at Degree in attendance Management at the University of Navarra. When they decided to come to study in Pamplona they chose a largerhigh school to stay during their years of degree program. Ángela lives in the high school Mayor Goroabe; Paula, in the high school Mayor Olabidea; and Elena Clar, in the Goimendi. high school Mayor Goimendi. For this reason, they also benefit from the training provided by the AlumniCollege Program, which also includes two other schools affiliated to the University: the high school Mayor Aldaz and high school Mayor Jaizkibel.

From their experience, they explain the reasons for living in a larger high school :

1. Academic excellence: "It is one of the fundamental pillars in senior high schools and this has helped me a lot in my programs of study". (Angela)

2. training staff and in values: "It forms me and has helped me to improve and grow as a person. We receive weekly talks on different interesting cultural topics that have nothing to do with your degree program". (Paula)

3. Multicultural environment and multidisciplinary: " Living with people from other countries or regions, and from different careers, enriches us and financial aid us to know different cultures and ways of thinking". (Paula)
"Meeting people from so many places opens your mind in an incredible way, you learn to share and care about others. It increases your ability to be patient and you definitely become more cheerful." (Elena)

4. Adapting to the university change and living in a new city: "It makes it easier for you when you arrive, because you meet a hundred other 'girls' in your same status. Living in a bigger high school has allowed me to make friends for life". (Elena)
