This work explores Baroque festivals in the territories of the Spanish Monarchy, from the 16th to the 21st century, tracing their evolution, revivals, and transformations. Drawing on specific examples—modern interpretations of Baroque works, contemporary Corpus Christi processions, and sermons that endure in religious ceremonies—it reveals the many artistic dimensions of a celebration that transcends time and space, reinventing itself in step with social changes.
