The II Session of the specialist program of Sports Law 2014-2015 had as the central topic of discussion the responsibility of sports managers. On the side of the discussion paper participated Joan Josep Bosch, professor of the department of management of Companies of the Public University of Navarra; Eduardo Ruiz de Erenchun, lawyer and Adjunct Professor of Criminal Law of the University of Navarra; and Miguel García Caba, advisor legal in the Professional Football League.

It was a session in which students were able to learn about responsibility and management in sports companies. The speakers dealt with current issues such as the case of Osasuna, of which Bosch stated that he did not understand "that nobody asks for responsibilities for the management of Izco and Archanco" or Ruiz Erenchun stating that "the falsification of accounts is a crime".

Another topic that was also put on the table was the tax frauds in soccer teams. Miguel García affirmed that"in this year more files have been opened against soccer teams than in the last 25 years". Although he gave the positive data when he pointed out that "in two years the debt of the teams with the Treasury has been reduced by a third". 

The students of the course will enjoy the third session next Friday, October 24 at 6.30 pm. It will be the first session internship which will deal with the subject of investment funds and the CAS". It will be given by Mr. Eduardo Sanz, lawyer of the Very Illustrious high school of Lawyers of Pamplona and member of committee advisor of the CEO; and by Mrs. Esther Gil, member of committee of Sports Justice of Navarra.
