The School of Nursing dedicates its patron saint's day to leadership in the profession.

Three experts will share their experiences of management and nursing in Spain, Mali and Liberia on November 19.

The School of Nursing dedicates its patron saint's day, November 19, to leadership in the profession. To commemorate St. Elizabeth of Hungary, the academic center has organized several events that will begin at 11 a.m. with the celebration of the Holy Mass in the chapel of Sciences.

Then, at 12:00 noon, there will be the roundtable entitled "Leadership in nursing: life experiences". The event will be attended by Carmen Asiain, ex-supervisor of the Intensive Care Unit of the CUN and associate professor of Nursing; Blanca Beorlegui, ex-supervisor of the Intensive Care Unit of the Clínica Universidad de Navarra (CUN) and associate professor of Nursing; Blanca Beorlegui, former supervisor of Operating Rooms, Emergencies and Hemodialysis also at CUN and promoter of the María Inmaculada de Segou Nursing School in Mali; and Mikel Tellaeche, director General Manager of Aita Menni in Guipúzcoa and formerdirector of St. Joseph's Catholic Hospital in Monrovia, will participate in the event. He is also a former member of St. Joseph's Catholic Hospital of Monrovia in Liberia, where he led the nursing team to which Father Miguel Pajares, who was affected by Ebola, belonged. Mercedes Pérez Díez del Corral, dean of the School, will introduce and moderate the event open to a subsequent colloquium with the attendees.
