The ICS, accredited by the committee Navarro de Cultura as project of social interest and object of patronage
It has obtained the MECNA seal at framework of the Ley Foral de Mecenazgo Cultural (Regional Law of Cultural Patronage)
The Institute for Culture and Society (ICS) has been accredited by the committee Navarre of Culture with the seal of social interest MECNAby which it is declared of social interest and object of patronage according to the Ley Foral de Mecenazgo Cultural (Regional Law of Cultural Patronage).
bulletin The January 16 edition of the Official Navarre Bulletin (BON) published a list of the 90 accredited projects and Cultural Activities Office . Of these, 32 are projects and Cultural Activities Office, and 58 programs-subject of projects or Cultural Activities Office. At the University of Navarra, the following have also received recognition Library Services, Cultural Activities Office and the Museum.
In its evaluation, the committee has taken into account, among other criteria: the social relevance of the project or activity; the impact on cultural, tangible and intangible heritage; linguistic diversity; the promotion of artistic creation; support for new creators; the relationship with innovative languages, the training, participation, dissemination, creation of audiences; the development of ICTs and promotion abroad and the relationship between the budget and the impact generated by the project or activity.
Tax benefits for sponsorsThanks to accreditation, ICS patrons will be able to benefit from important tax advantages. Specifically, individuals will obtain a deduction in their personal income tax liability of 80% on the first 150 euros contributed and 40% on the remainder. Companies will obtain the deduction of the amount in the taxable base of the Corporate Tax (in general donations are not expense deductible) and a deduction of 30% of the net quota in the first 300 euros and 20% in the following ones.
