The journal Ius Canonicum of the University of Navarra obtains the Quality Seal of the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT).

The publication of the School of Canon Law gathers scientific articles and has been published every six months since 1961.

The journal Ius Canonicum, published by School of Canon Law of the University of Navarra, has obtained the Quality Seal of the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT) in the recent call for assessment of the quality publishing house and scientific quality of Spanish scientific journals.

This seal recognizes Spanish scientific journals of proven quality, using a solid and coherent model , according to international standards. It grants the approved journals a seal of quality valid for three years, and renewable.

Ius Canonicum is a biannual review of research of Canon Law and of ecclesiastical law. committee Since 1961 it has published peer-reviewed scientific articles on all areas of canon law, as well as legislative texts promulgated by the Holy See, the activity of the Pontifical Council for Legislative Texts (CPTL), and sentences of the Tribunals of the Holy See, with appropriate commentary. Each volume is completed by a section of reviews and chronicles of jurisprudence, legislation and scientific meetings. It is available in both paper and electronic versions.

FECYT is a public foundation under the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities. It was founded in 2001 with the aim of promoting scientific excellence research and the communication of the results of research and innovation.
