Madness, topic the 15th edition of the Philosophy Olympiad, held at the University
It involved the participation of 160 secondary school and high school diploma students high school diploma 17 educational centers in Navarre.

The local phase of the Philosophy Olympiad brought together 160 secondary school and high school diploma students from 17 educational centers in Navarre at the University of Navarra. The young people had to reflect on the issue of madness as it is reflected in today's world in the categories of moral dilemmas, essay, philosophical photography, and international Olympiad.
Alejandro Martínez Carrasco, professor at the School Philosophy Letters at the University of Navarra and member of committee , points out that "we are very happy with the great involvement of secondary high school diploma and high school diploma teachers, who encourage their students to participate, but above all, we are delighted to see, once again, the interest that reflection arouses among young people: seeing them enjoy this philosophical experience is what motivates us most."
The participating schools were: IES Navarro Villoslada, IES place la Cruz, IES Basoko, IES Ibaialde, IES Mendillorri, high school Francisco Javier high school (Tudela), high school Corazón high school , Liceo Monjardín, high school Cernin high school , high school , Ikastola San Fermín, high school Ignacio high school , high school Calasanz high school , IES Valle del Ebro (Tudela), IES Benjamín de Tudela (Tudela), high school Redín high school , and IES Eunate.
submission will be held on March 13 at the University of Navarra.
The Olympiad of Philosophy, which counts with the partnership of Kukuxumusu, the publishing house Chair , Librerías Troa, the department of Education of the Government of Navarra, and the high school Oficial de Doctores y Licenciados de Navarra, seeks to encourage reflection, critical thinking and dialogue in young people, as well as to consolidate and complement the contents of philosophical subjects. It also seeks to establish links between the teachers of Philosophy of Navarra and to create spaces of communication between the teaching superior and the teaching secondary school.
