meeting in Mallorca

A meeting at the Official College of Architects of the Balearic Islands, goal with alumni the area and welcoming prospective students, while sharing with them the University of Navarra’s projects and its 25/30 strategy.

The session featured a presentation by Isabel Olloqui ( COM ’96 | MEGEC ’15 | PhD ’23), Vice President development, who outlined the various pillars of the strategy, which focuses on fostering talent, science, and commitment. At the opening of meeting, the Vice President the importance of preserving the essence of the university and expressed how wonderful it is to meet people who have attended the University of Navarra and who continue to uphold its spirit wherever they may be.  

Javier González Meseguer(DER '97), president of the Balearic Islands Alumni Association, workshop participated in the workshop . In his remarks, he encouraged those present to stay in contact, as the board purpose promote various initiatives to strengthen the community.

Attendees had the opportunity to ask questions, share ideas, and offer suggestions. Many of them expressed their excitement about the university’s visit to the island and said they hope these subject activities will be repeated.

To wrap up the workshop, light refreshments were served so that the conversation could continue in a relaxed atmosphere, during which alumni memories and had the opportunity to reconnect with one another. The event served as a reunion and prospective students a glimpse of what it means to be part of the University of Navarra.
