96% of ISSA School of Management Assistants graduates find work within one year of completing their studies. degree program

A study shows that the net salary two years after completing the Degree in attendance Management, which in Spain is taught at the University, is 1,700 euros.

96% of graduates of the ISSA School of Management Assistants at the University of Navarra find work at deadline one year after completing degree program. This is confirmed by a study commissioned by the academic center to the consulting firm Ikerfel. Furthermore, result emphasizes that 83% of those interviewed found work within the first three months of entering the job market.

The goal of the research has been to analyze the process of employment rate of the alumni of the Degree in attendance of Management, which in Spain is taught at the University of Navarra. It was conducted in the second quarter of 2016 and was aimed at graduates who completed the degree program between 2013 and 2015.  

One of the most noteworthy aspects to emerge from this study is the net monthly salary received by students in the first three years after completing degree program. The net economic average is 1,382 euros per month. Also, as a former student gains in experience and time worked their salary is higher: a student of ISSA School of Management Assistants who finished in 2013 receives an average net salary of €1,700. The study also states that 63% of the interviewees have a permanent contract and 96.3% work at workshop full time.

Asked about the relationship between their job position and the programs of study performed, 91% gave an affirmative answer. The percentage was 100% among graduates in 2015. From this, the study deduces that "the relationship of internships in companies and/or institutions during the degree program seems to favor the fact that when a employment is found, it is related to the university programs of study ".

Currently, the Degree of attendance of Management at the University of Navarra has 21 credits in curricular internships, which a student must complete in the last semester of the degree program. According to Cristhian Mestre, director of development of ISSA, "one of the characteristics that distinguish this Degree is the international outreach of the same and the high level in knowledge of languages".
