In the 2016-2017 academic year, the ICS obtained 21 grants worth €960,823 in public and private competitive calls for proposals.

They will contribute to finance part of the next courses and among them there are two Marie Curie grants from the European Commission and several from different Spanish ministries.

The Institute for Culture and Society (ICS), the research center at Humanities and sciences of the University of Navarra, has obtained in the 2016-2017 academic year 21 grants worth 960,823 € in public and private competitive calls resolved in this period. This money will be used to finance part of the next courses.

Among the most prestigious grants that have been awarded are two Marie Curie grants, funded by the European Commission and endowed with 170,121 € each; another from the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie) for $63,760; a scholarship Ramón y Cajal grant from the Ministry of Economics, Industry and Competitiveness for 208,600 €; a scholarship Juan de la Cierva grant, also from the Ministry of Economics, for 64,000 €; and one from the Ministry of Health and Consumer Affairs for 42,683 €.

In addition to the competitive grants, another six non-competitive grants have been obtained from private entities for a total of €1,283,370. Among the institutions that have granted them are Obra Social "La Caixa" - Fundación Bancaria Caja Navarra, Zurich Seguros, Banco Santander and Social Trends Institute.
