66 students from the University receive scholarships for international internships
The grants have been awarded by Caja Rural de Navarra, in partnership with Fundación business Universidad de Navarra.
Caja Rural de Navarra has granted, in partnership with Fundación business Universidad de Navarra, 66 scholarships for international internships.
The students selected in this sixth edition of the Global Internship Programfrom the different Schools of the academic center, will carry out their stays in countries such as China, USA, Canada, Colombia, Chile, Egypt or Australia, among others. Each beneficiary will receive funding from Caja Rural amounting to 680 euros.
The program aims to promote internships for university students in foreign companies and promote their internationalization. For the selection of the scholarship recipients, the academic transcript , the level of the language of the destination country, the curriculum and the quality of the work plan offered by the host business have been taken into account.
The scholarships were presented by the University of Navarra's Alumni Vice President , Tomás Gómez-Acebo; the Institutional Relations director of Caja Rural, Ricardo Goñi; and the director General Manager of the Foundation business University of Navarra, Cristina Muñoz.
