In the first semester of the 2009-2010 academic year, 1,433 international students from more than 70 countries studied at the University of Navarra. This figure, which includes data from the Pamplona and San Sebastian campus , represents 14% of the student body of 10,172.

Of the total number of foreign students, 694 are Degree students who will study the entire degree scroll at the academic center. By country, the largest number of issue are from Ecuador (90), followed by El Salvador (86), Mexico (70) and the U.S. (68).

On the other hand, 406 international students enrolled in postgraduate program: 266 are pursuing a doctorate and 140 are studying for one of the 25 master's degrees offered by the academic center.

Erasmus and exchange programs

Likewise, 276 foreign students took their programs of study thanks to the Erasmus program (141) and other exchange agreements (135) with universities in countries such as Australia, USA, China, Peru, Mexico, Japan, Estonia, Canada, Italy and Sweden, among others. Finally, 57 students enrolled in other degrees or programs at the academic center.

The faculty with the largest international student body was the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, with 240 international students. In addition, 210 students studied at the School of Science and Business, and 114 at the School of Engineering-Tecnun in San Sebastián.
