"More than 80% of professional success depends on attitude". This was stated by Ana Fernández, General Manager of Barna Consulting and an expert in management skills, during a workshop of training on leadership and of presentation of Master's Degree of internship Advanced and management in Nursing of the University of Navarra.

Addressing the audience of final-year students and nursing graduates, Fernandez insisted on the idea of investing in knowledge and training without forgetting attitude. "We have to work on attitude because it is a multiplying factor," he said.

At this point, he distinguished between three types of professionals: mediocre, good and excellent, and listed the qualities that a good professional should have. For example, he stressed the importance of setting specific, achievable, positive and time-bound goals. "Decide what I want to be as a professional, how I see myself in 3-5 years, because what you create is what you create around you."

The session was marked by messages of optimism, with slogans such as"There is nothing impossible" and videos on positive attitudes to life, and was completed with the roundtable "Leaders in Nursing to change the internship", moderated by the professor of the School and director of Master's Degree, Navidad Canga, and in which participated the alumni Teresa Llácer, Maddi Olano, Karla Mijangos and Elena Bermejo. There, the strong point of the new master's program was highlighted, whose core goal is the training of transformational leaders and agents of change for the discipline nursing.
