"On Alvaro del Portillo's contribution to Church Law".

New issue of Ius Canonicum

The latest issue of Ius Canonicumthe journal of the School of Canon Law of the University of Navarra. This second issue of the year completes volume 54.

Professor Valentín Gómez-Iglesias opens the journal with article "Sobre la contribución de Álvaro del Portillo al Derecho de la Iglesia" ("On the Contribution of Álvaro del Portillo to the Law of the Church"), which includes part of his intervention at the beatification of the second president of the University of Navarra. workshop which took place at School in September, days before the beatification of the second Chancellor of the University of Navarra.

The six programs of study contained in the magazine are: "El bautizado que contrae matrimonio sin fe no necesariamente excluye el cometimiento matrimonial", by Joaquín Alberto Nieva; "El project de reforma del Criminal Law canónico" authored by José Luis Sánchez-Girón, S.J.; that of Antonio Viana: "El problema de la participación de los laicos en la potestad de régimen. Two ways of solution".

The fourth is "Situaciones de employment irregular y fraude a la Seguridad Social en los trabajos de volunteer activities", by Inmaculada Baviera. Arturo Calvo Espiga writes on "Análisis jurídico del article 7 del agreement de cooperación del Estado español con la Federación de Entidades Religiosas Evangélicas de España en la perspectiva de la doctrina y liturgia protestantes sobre el matrimonio" and Ciro Tammaro on "La potestà giurisdizionale del magistrato inquisitore e l'editto di fede quale momento instarautivo dell'actio poenalis nella procedura canonica medievale per inquisitionem".
