"Fashion cannot be understood without its cross-cutting nature with the different artistic disciplines."

ISEM celebrates its Graduation 2025. The ceremony, chaired by Dean Teresa Sádaba, was attended by the directors of each program - MartaTorregrosa (PADEM), Silvia Pérez Bou (FBA) and María Ángeles Burguera (MFM) - and was, as every year, a celebration of fashion, shared learning and the beginning of a new professional and staff stage for the students.

The ceremony featured guest speaker Paul García de Oteyza, creative director of theOteyza signature , winner of the National Fashion award (2018) and The New York Times Fashion Magazine award for best men's collection. In an inspiring speech full of sensitivity, Oteyza reflected on the role of fashion as an intersection of disciplines, identity and time:

"Today Fashion cannot be understood without its transversal character with the different artistic disciplines, looking at a public that demands the magic of the time and space in which it transits. We have to offer courage, bravery, imagination, culture and a lot of truth."

Faced with the vertigo of digital immediacy, Oteyza vindicated high fashion, craftsmanship and luxury as "havens of silence" and spaces of depth: a place for authenticity and the most humanistic creative drive.

The students' speeches -emotional, grateful and full of enthusiasm- reflected the richness of a shared experience among people from different countries, profiles and backgrounds. María Artero (MFM), Blanca Herrero and Nina Wu (FBA), and Cristina Limonche (PADEM) took the floor. All of them spoke of transformation, community and the beginning of new paths with firm roots and open wings.

The graduation concluded with the projection of a summary of the course, which moved those present and reminded them that what they had experienced at ISEM was not an end, but the starting point of an exciting future, full of challenges, creativity and fashion with purpose.
