71 students participate in the International Nursing Program

It is an integrated program in the Degree of Nursing.

A total of 71 students from the University of Navarra's NursingSchool are enrolled in the International Nursing Program, a Study program that trains nursing professionals with an international profile . In order to obtain this knowledge global environment, all those students adhered to the program have along the programs of study of the Degree, 25% of the subjects in English, as well as the realization of clinical practices in the different international centers with which the School has agreements during the summer.

In total there are 60 ECTS credit among which stand out sessions such as Health Education Methods, Adult / Child / Geriatric Nursing Care or Management and Legislation, among others. This allows them not only to receive a professional training in English from bilingual professionals with B experience in the international field, but also to have a training to professionally serve people and communities with cultural and ethnic diversity.

During the 2016/17 academic year, 14 students from second to third year have gone to destinations such as Chicago, New York, Birminghan, Stirling (UK), Chile or Bogota. This is the experience recounted by some of them.
