"To philosophize is to solve the enigmas of life, to enter into the invisible behind the visible. This is something that you can now do better after the knowledge that you have acquired during these years of training and life experience at the University of Navarra". This was stated by the Dean of the Ecclesiastical School of Philosophy, Sergio Sanchez-Migallon, at the graduation ceremony of the XXXII Promotion of the licentiate degree.
Through his words he encouraged them, now that they are leaving the University, to unite people to Christ "with the head, the heart that understands". He reminded them that without seeing in others "an enigma or even a mystery" they cannot be treated with respect and that "without seeing creation as enigmatic, we will not reach God as creator".
submission The event was also attended by Rubén Pereda, Associate Dean , who gave a speech at the end of degree program; and the student delegate, David Hernán Samudio, who read a speech as a representative of all his classmates. In his message, the latter emphasized the words of President, Alfonso Sánchez-Tabernero, which he heard when he arrived at the University, about his interest in making it the best place to study: "With the passage of time I have not needed rankings to see it, I have corroborated it with my own experience". He recalled some anecdotes he had experienced during his years at degree program and thanked the professors, his classmates and God for everything he had experienced and learned during his training at the academic center.
