In addition, Finance and Law are in the top 100 internationally.

The University of Navarra stands out among the top 50 universities in the world in Business and Management (position 31), Communication (49) and Philosophy (50); according to the latest QS ranking by subject. In addition, among the top 100 are Accounting and Finance, and Law (positions 51-100).

In total, the academic institution has 16 subjects in the ranking, which also includes the degrees of Economics and design (between positions 101-150) and Medicine and Architecture (151-200).    

Likewise, the University of Navarra is consolidated among the centers of prestige in the aforementioned subjects in the areas of Humanities, Social Sciences, Administration and Health Sciences (it is worth mentioning that the School of Pharmacy is positioned in first place among the private Schools in Spain and in seventh place at the national level).

In this edition, the auditing firm Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) has evaluated more than 1,100 centers of higher education teaching worldwide. The ranking takes into account four indicators: the academic reputation of the center, the opinion of employers, cited articles, as well as the 'H-index', which measures the scientific production of researchers according to the quality and quantity of publications.

QS, benchmark in the world university training

QS has been carrying out its university rankings since 2004, and has become reference letter global for performance in the field of international university training .

For her part, the director of International Office of the University of Navarra, Ana Delgado, expressed her satisfaction with the results: "Such positive achievements in this ranking encourage us to focus on these objectives. Our priority is to continue improving the quality professor, the research, the international outreach and the interdisciplinary work . In fact in this academic year, 2017-18, in the first year of all Degrees the average is 25% international students. On the other hand, the fact that the Spanish university system appears in good positions worldwide is also good news for everyone."
