Alejandra Toranzo and Tomeu Mercadal, new delegates of ISSA School of Applied Management

Alejandra Toranzo and Tomeu Mercadal have been elected delegate and subdelegate of ISSA School of Applied Management. Both will represent the school during the 2025-2026 academic year and will set the roadmap for the School's different course councils. "We are going to form a great team this year, because we share a desire to work and complement each other's perspectives so that all students feel represented and supported," says Alejandra.

Born in Benavente (Zamora), Alejandra Toranzo defines herself as a family person and passionate about riding. During the four years of the degree program she has participated as a collaborating student of the School and this year she has been elected delegate of the center and of her course. "I am especially excited to accompany the first-year students and I am motivated to serve the students who are already part of ISSA School of Applied Management, acting as a bridge of financial aid, enquiry and representation," she explains. With the global vision that comes from being in her final year, she faces this new stage with "a lot of enthusiasm and responsibility".

Tomeu Mercadal studies 2nd year of Applied management and is the new subdelegate of the center. He has been elected delegate of his course and faces this new challenge as "a service to others". Moved by intrigue, curiosity and the desire to be part of the university community and the organization of events such as the day of the Patron Saint Elizabeth of Hungary, he hopes to leave a positive mark on the School with Alejandra.
