The CARF Foundation allocates 600,000 euros to scholarships for students of the Schools Ecclesiastical
80 benefactors of the Centro Académico Romano Fundación (CARF) visited the campus and the high school Eclesiastico Internacional Bidasoa
During 2014 the CARF Foundation Foundation allocated more than 600,000 euros in grants to the Schools Ecclesiastical University of Navarra, and another 200,000 Euros to the CEI Bidasoa200,000 to the University of Navarra, Colleges and convents where priests and seminarians reside, students of these Schools.
80 benefactors of the CARF Foundation visited quotation in Pamplona on Thursday, May 28th to meet the seminarians and priests they help at fill in their training. They took the opportunity to go on a pilgrimage to the Shrine of Our Lady of Fair Love and also to get to know the University of Navarra Museumwhich was inaugurated on January 22.
Those in charge of the CARF Foundation gave the students - who received the diaconate on April 18 and who are now returning to their countries of origin- some cases containing vestments and sacred vessels, so that they can celebrate the Holy Mass. Their easy portability makes this gift very much appreciated by the future priests so that they can attend to the parishioners in the most remote places of the world on an itinerant basis.
The CARF Foundation was born under the impulse of Blessed Álvaro del Portillo. It has as mission statement to help the training of priests and seminarians from the five continents. It has ten thousand benefactors, who contribute with their economic contributions to the achievement of this goal.
