140 participants from all over Spain at the 10th ISCR Course update

The program focused on the current challenges of the family from a Christian faith perspective and was closed by the Bishop of San Sebastian.

140 catechists, religion teachers and parents from all over Spain participated in the X Course of update of the high school Superior of Religious Sciences (ISCR) of the University of Navarra. José Ignacio Munilla, Bishop of San Sebastian, participated in the closing ceremony of the program, which took place today.

The program focused on the current challenges of the family from the Christian faith. Among other topics, family conflicts and their solutions, the partnership family-school, separation and divorce, courtship, the affective-sexual Education of young people and the care of elderly dependents were addressed.

position The theoretical sessions were led by Javier Escrivá, director of Master's Degree in Marriage and Family; department professors Aurora Bernal and Sonia Rivas of Education ; Daniel Cenalmor, of School of Canon Law; Augusto Sarmiento, Gonzalo Aranda and José María Pardo, from the School of Theology; Juan Ramón García-Morato, from the Institute of Anthropology and Ethics; Ana Canga, from the School of Nursing; and Ignacio Gómara, professor at high school El Redín and researcher of Institute for Culture and Society (ICS).

In addition, a session was held at internship on the family in the cinema, coordinated by María del Rincón, of the School of Communication.
