Laura Venzal and Loreto Garrido have been elected respectively delegate and subdelegate of the University of Navarra. Representatives of the 15 Schools and schools of the academic center participated in the voting.

Laura Venzal is from Mallorca and is studying 3rd year of Law. In her inauguration, she recalled the importance of improving the university experience: "There are students with many concerns who do not find the right activity to develop their skills". In that sense, she celebrated the return of 'Vida universitaria', the weekly publication that collects all the events in the campus of Pamplona and San Sebastian.

She also acknowledged that she feels at ease with her partner: "We understand each other very well and have many projects in common. Among them, for example, expanding the communication channel between the students and the course councils. "We need the students to know that we are here, that they come to us with confidence," she said.

For her part, Loreto Garrido (from Madrid, 4th year of Philosophy) changes portfolios in Student Representation at the University, since last year she was the delegate. Consequently, she emphasizes the advantage of this continuity: "This way we avoid starting from scratch every year and there is a transfer of the work done so far". The sub-delegate pointed out that one of the main purposes for this year is to maintain the contact with the former delegates.

The delegates of all the Schools and schools of the University of Navarra are grouped under the name of 'Student Representation'. They meet every two months to make decisions about the objectives set at the beginning of the academic year, as well as the suggestions that come from the students. In addition, this group is part of the board of Government of the academic institution.
