Student satisfaction index
Starting in the 2018/2019 academic year, the system for evaluating student satisfaction at the University of Navarra was improved with the launch of Satisquestion. The survey involved an extension, redefinition and standardisation of the previous satisfaction surveys.
Thus, to the existing indicators of academic staff, Resources and Global, two new indicators have been added since this academic year: Services (which evaluates the different services that cater to students -cultural offerings, sports, chaplaincy, volunteer activities, Library Services, etc-) and General Satisfaction, which corresponds to a question that asks for the general approval of the student about their experience.
The change in methodology has also affected the existing indicators, given that the overall issue of questions asked to student has been increased (the average Global, therefore, logically varies). Although the results are fairly homogeneous, comparisons between the 2018/2019 academic year have to be made assuming these differences.
For the 2019/2020 academic year, a total of 2,480 students answered the survey out of 13,288 students in total.
