mobility of staff
The Erasmus program offers possibilities of mobility to professors and university employees in general.
The University of Navarra opens two annual calls for applications to mobility in one or the other semester.
The following are the two types of mobility possible for these professionals.

Teaching
This activity allows professor higher education institution staff or company staff to teach at a partner higher education institution abroad. The mobility of teaching staff can concern any area of knowledge/discipline academia.
DURATION
From 2 days to 2 months (maximum 5 consecutive days are funded).teaching minimum of 8 teaching hours per week. A period abroad can combine teaching with the activities of training. In this case the minimum weekly teaching is reduced to 4 hours.
POSSIBLE DESTINATIONS
Any university with which there is a bilateral Erasmus agreement in force in the Centre to which the teacher belongs applicant. For more information, consult the coordinator International of your School.

REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must be part of the faculty of the University of Navarra, both at the time of the application and during the mobility.
Staff from business working in any public or private organisation in a Programme Country active in the labour market or in the fields of education, training and youth (including employed doctoral students) who have been invited to teach at the University of Navarra.
Prior existence (in the institution to which the teacher belongs applicant) of a bilateral Erasmus agreement signed with the host institution, including mobility of teachers.
Formal invitation from host university with work plan.

Training
This activity allows the professional development of the staff professor and not professor of the University of Navarra as well as development of the institutions involved. It could be in the form of training actions abroad (except conferences) and job shadowing, shadowing or training periods at a partner higher education institution or at another relevant organisation abroad.
DURATION
From 2 days to 2 months, plus travel period (maximum 5 consecutive days funded)

Any public or private organisation from an Erasmus+ Programme Country active in the labour market or in the fields of education, training or youth.

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must be on the payroll of the University of Navarra, both at the time of application and during the course of the mobility.

Host institutions can be: higher education institutions belonging to framework Erasmus or private or public institutions in one of the Erasmus Programme Countries that are active in the labour market or in the field of education.

Prior existence of a training plan for the stay: objectives, main rights and obligations of the parties involved mobility.

Sufficient level of the language in which the stay will be carried out.

FUNDING

Maximum funded: 5 days

Travel assistance, depending on duration and country of destination.

Maintenance allowance, depending on duration and country of destination.

The programme provides additional support for people in disadvantaged situations or with special needs such as mental, physical, sensory or other disabilities subject (More information on inclusion UNAV).
SELECTION CRITERIA

Applicants participating for the first time in the Erasmus Programme mobility for training or teaching.

Quality of complete applications submitted by the deadline.

Priority will be given to applications from a Service or School that has not previously benefited from this subject from scholarship.
