31 students from 13 countries, in the XVII promotion of Master's Degree in Marriage and Family

The University of Navarra has closed the XVII edition of Master's Degree in Marriage and Family, postgraduate program taught by the high school of Family Sciences, attached to the School of Education and Psychology.

The University of Navarra has closed the XVII edition of the Master's Degree in Marriage and Family postgraduate program taught by the high school of Family Sciencesascribed to the School from Education and Psychology of the University of Navarra. A total of 31 students from 13 countries received the scholarship in a ceremony held on June 15 at the classroom Magna of the Central Building. The closing ceremony was attended by Tomás Gómez-Acebo, Vice President , Professor Javier Escrivá, director of Master's Degree in Marriage and Family, Professor Dolores López, patron of the graduating class and Jessica Kcam Cubas, representing the students. The keynote lecture was given by Professor Ricardo Piñero, Full Professor of Aesthetics and Theory of the Arts at the University of Navarra.

The Master's Degree in Marriage and Family was created in 2000 and is aimed at professionals from fields such as medicine, law, Education, psychology, psychiatry, family mediation, etc. Its goal is train interdisciplinary professionals to evaluate, educate and advise on the development of family and marital relationships. More than 535 graduates from 36 countries have passed through its virtual classrooms since the year 2000 when this great challenge researcher , professor and technological program began.

This two-year Master's Degree , which is mostly online, is complemented each year, during the first two weeks of June, with a mandatory on-site coursework period , where students attend programs, seminars and workshops at work at the University of Navarra's headquarters. Each year, at the end of this on-site period, second year students participate in their graduation ceremony.
