Rosalía BaenaRocio DavisAna Belén MartínezRosalía Baena, Rocio Davis y Ana Belén Martínez attended the congress 'IABA-Europe Knowing the Self: Auto/Biographical Narratives and the History of Knowledge' organized by the Complutense University of Madrid. There they delivered the papers 'Jenny Diski's In Gratitude (2016)', 'Filial Narratives and Writers: Sons Knowing Fathers in Daniel Mendelsohn's An Odyssey and Pico Iyer's The Man Within My Head' and 'The Necessity of Interdisciplinarity in the Study of Activist Memoirs and Bridging' respectively (Madrid, 19-21/06/2019).

For her part, Ana Belén Martínez also traveled to the United Kingdom where she participated in the lecture for doctoral students and young researchers of the School of Social Sciences and Public Policy of King's College London with the discussion paper 'The Kaleidoscope of Exclusion' (London, United Kingdom, 07/06/2019).

In addition, he attended the symposium 'Rethinking Repetition in a Digital Age' at the University of Cambridge where he delivered the discussion paper 'Strategic Repetition in Activists' Online Self-Presentation', (Cambridge, UK, 12/06/2019).
