More than 200 students from School of Economics are doing internships in companies this summer.

Companies in the financial sector, consultancy service, auditing, industry and consumer goods offer internships to students of the School

The embassies and consulates of Miami, Sao Paulo, Dublin, Maputo, Sofia or London are some of the international destinations of the more than 200 students of the more than 200 students of the School of Economics students who carry out professional internships during the summer months.

At the national level, Madrid, Barcelona and Pamplona are the cities with the highest number of students in the business world, especially in the financial sector, consultancy service, auditing, industry and consumer goods.

As every year, most of the students of School started their internships in June. During the course, they have been able to define their interests through activities such as the specialization through activities such as the Alumni Experiencein which alumni from School shared their day-to-day life at area at specialization, or the Winter Career Forum, in which 22 companies offered internships and jobs at the fair organized at Amigos Building. In total, over the course of the year, 101 companies came to School to establish relationships with students and, in some cases, to offer internships and employment.

"The summer internships are a great opportunity to take contact with the professional world and learn, know how is the work and development professional in different sectors and bring value to companies."emphasizes the manager of employment opportunities, Marta Juan. Another important point, Juan adds, is that the realization of internships is "financial aid to form an attractive Curriculum to the companies that will help the students in the search of employment at the end of their programs of study".

Master's Degree of Banking and Financial Regulation, 100% of employability

Students of the postgraduate program programs also enjoy professional internships at institutions in the banking, auditing and automotive sectors, such as the European Central Bank, PWC, EY, Accenture, McDonald's, Inditex and Seat, among others. Others have already joined the labor market, such as the students of Master's Degree in Banking and Financial Regulation, which this year has reached 100% employability.
