The high school business y Humanismo hosted the I workshop on Corporate Governance and Family business with the participation of Carlos Arbesú, Ph.D., Ph. from high school business y Humanismo, Nuria Chinchilla, professor at IESE Business School, Andrés Sendagorta, vice president of SENER, Ricardo Martí Fluxá, president of high school business y Humanismo, Juan Corona, director from high school business Familiar and Ignacio Ferrero, Dean from School of Economics at the University of Navarra.

During the lecture "business Family and Good Corporate Governance Practices", Carlos Arbesú stressed that family businesses "are the backbone of all advanced economies and the engine of change of those that are on the way to development", he also wanted to recognize the work of entrepreneurs such as Sir Adrian Cadbury of Cadbury and C. Arbesú also highlighted the four functions of governance of the committee family business : having a purpose, a suitable environment, a business, and power and decision-making. At the end of the event, attendees were able to purchase the latest book by Carlos Arbesú, published by EUNSA, graduate: "Working the committee of the business Familiar". The next workshop of the high school business y Humanismo will address the "diary of the committee" and will take place on November 27 at the headquarters of postgraduate program of the Campus University of Navarra in Madrid.
