The XIV promotion of the Master in Architectural design (MDA) started last Tuesday, the 2nd, with a total of 28 students from 9 different nationalities (Ecuador, Peru, Mexico, Jordan, Chile, Korea, Argentina, Costa Rica and Spain).

In this edition, the Master's Degree will once again count with the presence of international professors and experts such as José Miguel Iribas, Fulvio Irace, Kenneth Frampton, Manuel Aires Mateus, Joao Pedro Falcao de Campos, Francisco Mangado, Ignacio Vicens, Emilio Tuñón, José Morales or Wilfried Wang, among others, who will give lectures, courses and sessions to the students of the Master's Degree.

The opening workshop began at 12.00 noon with the presentation program and continued in the afternoon with a guided tour of the city visit with the mayor of Pamplona, Enrique Maya. The tour began at the Bastion of San Bartolomé, where they visited the interpretation center of the walls. They continued the tour along the Paseo Barbazana before arriving at the Palacio de Capitanía, designed by the architect Rafael Moneo. The visit with the mayor ended, as it could not be otherwise, at the Pamplona City Hall. visit The students continued their tour a little further with a guided visit to the Baluarte Conference Center and the Palacio del Condestable.

Tomorrow, Friday, the three project courses of semester will begin with the presence of professors Mangado, Morales, Mateus and Falcao. Next Monday, Professor Iribas will start the Theory and Criticism of Architecture course.
