The School of Nursing of the University of Navarra welcomed the new students who this year begin their programs of study of the Degree of Nursing. The session began with some words of welcome from the dean of the School, Dr. Mercedes Pérez Díez del Corral, who stated that "each university has its own characteristics and the University of Navarra has the mission statement to train good people and good professionals to provide a good service to society". After her, the director of development of the School, Paz Ugalde, took the floor and assured that "the nursing profession has the power to change people".
For her part, the professor of the School, Ana Choperena, conveyed to the students the idea that "the nursing profession is important because it takes into account the person at status of vulnerability".
The meridian of the workshop was marked by the Promotion photo, an image that will remember the first day of their new stage in their lives and as university students.
