From management to Personnel Management Service. This sums up the shift in approach the new Master's Degree Personnel Management Service Organizations, which the School of Science and Business has launched this academic year. Its main goal: to train professionals capable of transforming companies through people.

In this first edition, the Master's Degree has 13 students from Honduras, Venezuela, Guatemala, Mexico and Spain. In addition to the dean of the School, Reyes Calderón, the inauguration ceremony was attended by coach Esteban Larreta, director of Larretacoach.

Integrated into the academic plan of the program, the lecture series 'My experience managing people' is born. The sessions, which will be held on Wednesdays at classroom business at Main Library Building, are open to all campus students.
