The inaugural lecture 'Talent and Competitiveness: the management of Commitment' was given at position by Javier Treviño, director of management of Gamesa's Human Capital for Europe.

Last Monday, the 20 new students of the master's degrees in Personnel Management Service in Organizations (MDPO) and in Banking and Financial Regulation (MBRF) began their classes with the inaugural lecture Talent and Competitiveness: the management of Engagement, which was given by Javier Treviño, position , director of management of Gamesa's Human Capital for Europe.

In this edition, students come from China, Ecuador, Spain, Guatemala, Peru, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua and Uruguay.

The Master's Degree in Banking and Financial Regulation is taught in English and Spanish at campus in Pamplona at the University of Navarra and at the BBVA Financial City in Madrid. At the end of the eight months of teaching, the student must complete an internship period in some of the institutions with which there are agreements of partnership: BBVA, la Caixa, Banco Popular, Telefónica and Caja Navarra.

As for the Master's Degree in Personnel Management Service in Organizations, it seeks to take the step from the management of Human Resources to the Personnel Management Service. Students in this Master's Degree acquire a deep knowledge of the anthropological, psychological and social roots of the person as well as a global vision of the business.

Both master's degrees offer student the possibility of doing a semester abroad at one of the partner universities of School of Economic and Business Sciences.
