The University of Navarra launches a new Master's Degree in Personnel Management Service in Organizations.

The School of Economic and Business Sciences of the University of Navarra will offer, from the next academic year 2011-2012, a new Master's Degree in Personnel Management Service in Organizations.
It is a program aimed at recent graduates that combines the teaching of the traditional techniques of Personnel Management Service with the deepening in the areas of business management and management of innovation.
Based on the analysis of human action, it has an interdisciplinary faculty specialized in each of the areas of the Master's Degree The law firm Gómez-Acebo & Pombo will coordinate the legal and economic environment area , while during one week of the Business Management module , students will travel to Barcelona and receive classes from IESE professors.
In addition, in order to deepen the management Innovation, the program includes a one-week stay in London. Moreover, during the 16 months of Master's Degree, students will be supported by a coach staff who, among other aspects, will help them in the deployment of competencies.
The postgraduate program, which is pending verification by the committee of Universities, aims at a change of approach, from management of human resources to Personnel Management Service, so that those who take it can acquire competencies that will enable them to act as internal consultants in their own companies. The program, which consists of 90 courses ECTS credit, is completed with an internship and an end-of-course work Master's Degree .
