Last March 22, 7 students of 2nd of high school diploma of IES Marqués de Villena, in the town of Marcilla, presented the result of the changes they have developed in their center throughout the course 2015-2016.

The project "Pedagogical Architecture" was the winner of the first edition of the competition Implica-T, a contest promoted by the School of Education and Psychologygoal and the Moderna Foundation, with the sponsorship of Xtend, which aims to involve students in the improvement of the educational centers where they study in a way that has a positive impact on the entire educational community.

This competition, to which more than 10 works from different centers in Navarra were submitted, had a prize of 3,000 € that the students had to invest directly in the winning project . In this case it was a proposal aimed at improving the facilities of the center to make it a more pleasant and creative environment for students.

The 2nd year students of high school program, together with their tutors, were in charge of planning and organizing the modifications in which they also involved the ESO students and high school program. The most significant are: the installation of acoustic panels to alleviate the acoustic deficiencies of some classrooms, the placement of recycling garbage cans (promoting awareness of environmental care), or the replacement of old murals of the center for more current designs.
