Three graduates of School of Medicine of the University of Navarra have obtained a place among the top 100 in the examination for Internal Medical Resident called by the Ministry of Health. Specifically, Fernando Hernández Terciado obtained the sixth place and Clara Fernández Cordón the fourteenth. In addition, Miriam Turiel Miranda from Pamplona obtained the 81st position in the test to which 14,448 candidates applied for 6,513 positions.

To pass the spanish medical residency program, which consisted of 235 questions, the candidates studied for months. In the case of Fernando Hernández, from Avila, this preparation "has been hard because it involves a work maintained over time and therefore, it is essential to have the support of colleagues and manage small breaks". He will soon choose his specialization program , which will probably be Cardiology at a university hospital in Madrid.

For their part, both Clara Fernández, a native of La Rioja, and Miriam Turiel are still not sure which branch of medicine they will choose. However, both are happy and satisfied with the results.
