School of Architecture launches two new training programs for students

They will enhance knowledge in fire protection and in the management water and energy in the Building

The University of Navarra's School of Architecture will launch this 2010-2011 academic year the Research Training Program in Fire Safety and the Research Training Program in Water and Energy Building, two new programs aimed at enhancing knowledge in the fields of fire protection and water and energy management at Building, respectively.

These courses, promoted by the department of Building, aim to be the first step to create a pool of researchers in Architecture and Engineering at Building. To access these courses, it is essential to have a high level of English and to have C first and second degrees. Students in their last year of Architecture, project End of degree program and the Adaptation Program from building engineer to Engineer from Building can also access apply for registration .

"Students will learn, from an international research perspective, the challenges faced by the architect and engineer of Building in these areas so demanded today by society," explains the School's director , Mariano González Presencio. "They will gather diverse technical information that will serve them for the preparation of different projects of research", he adds. At the end of the process, which will last two four-month periods, they will receive a degree scroll accrediting the activities carried out.
