Two 100% FORUN students
Miren Astigarraga and Marta Santos, two students of ISSA School of Management Assistants, members of the organization team of congress FORUN

Miren Astigarraga and Marta Santos are students of the 2nd year of the Degree at attendance de Dirección-Management Assistance at the University. Last year they participated in the congress FORUN with a discussion paper on the impact of the family. To elaborate their work they were directed by Professor Ana María Fernández Vallejo.
When at the beginning of the course they were offered the opportunity to be part of the organization team of congress FORUN 2017, they did not think twice. "FORUN is an opportunity to learn to work in a team, understand other points of view and work with a teacher in a close way", they assure a few days before the closing of the deadline of registration to participate in the congress.

"At FORUN I learn how to solve problems when they arise."
"Miren and I were in charge of organizing the opening ceremony. We decided on the stage we wanted, we managed the audio equipment and microphones, the catering, the decoration... This experience, among many others that the University offers, serves to prepare us for the working world and to know how to solve problems when they arise. I would like to dedicate myself to the organization of events, so it is very useful for me to learn how everything works. I recommend 100% to participate in the congress, both in the organization team and presenting a discussion paper".
Miren Astigarraga
"Working with the professor who directs you on project and accompanies you is very enriching."
"We have learned to move to get what we needed and also to solve problems as soon as possible so that the participants do not notice them. Being in the FORUN organization is very enriching for our future and this congress is helping me to gain experience and confidence. I think FORUN is a good opportunity to learn how to work in a team. Also, working with the professor who directs the project and accompanies you is very enriching."
